How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Email us at support@sahajbunai.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details. Please securely pack the item(s) and send them back to us.

Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
